1. FAQs

How do I return an item?

Our Process to Claim is Quick and Easy!
Contact your sales manager and detail the reason for return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be e-mailed to you. Fill in and return the RMA form to the e-mail address provided. You will receive a confirmation that the unit is within the warranty period. We will provide you with Return instructions. The item will be replaced and a new one shipped out within 2-3 business days (depending on stock availability).Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. Return then defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-tracking service.

Do you offer refunds ?

You can always return items if they are defective. Any items faulty on arrival would be subject to manufacturer’s warranty. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Software and Licenses are not returnable or refundable. If the software and/or licence has been registered or activated, we cannot provide a refund. Some exceptions may be approved.

2. Delivery Information

Shipping Policies and Order Processes

Subject to some exceptions and at the discretion of Attainable Cyber Solutions Pty Ltd. All orders within Australia are offered FREE delivery. Some exceptions may include, but are not limited to, deliveries to rural areas, liftgate services, and purchases below a minimum rate. Quoted delivery times may vary depending on stock availability. Please contact us for tracking information and shipping details. At the discretion of Attainable Cyber Solutions Pty Ltd., a minimum order is required for free delivery. Electronic Delivery:

Electronic Orders

Some products and solutions will be delivered electronically. Products that include software activation codes and licence keys are available for electronic delivery via email. Some restrictions may apply.

Return Process & Policy

When purchasing from our website it is an expectation that you have read and agreed to the following return processes and policies. Please take the time to read our website Should there be any defects or problems with your ordered items, we accept returns. We accept the return of all items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 30 days from the date your product left the warehouse, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, and this may be subject to a restocking fee and the courier charges we incurred. Please note that if you have broken the factory seals on the box or inner linings, this is not considered unopened and we cannot resale as new. A 25% restocking fee will be charged. If you have registered the hardware and activated services on it, then we are unable to accept the goods for return unless they are deemed faulty. We accept the return of electronic support, warranty & VPNs only if they have not been activated or used within 30 days. and again, these are subject to restocking fees.

Defective items

You can always return items if they are defective. Any items faulty on arrival would be subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Returns require that the item’s original packaging is unmarked, the product is in brand new conditions, contains all accessories, fault description provided in detail, and RMA is placed within 30 days of invoice date. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see “To return an item” above for details of how to return defective items to us.

Delivery charges and other services

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, for example configuration. Please be aware that most manufacturers offer a return to base warranty. If goods are faulty or dead on arrival you return the items are your cost and a replacement is sent to you at the their cost.

Hardware Returns

Items must be in brand new condition, with original packaging, and unmarked. Items must include original UPC barcode. Removal of this barcode voids any return regardless of pre-approved RMA or credit. Original packing slip must be included. The item must be returned with all manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer’s packaging or box will be refused and returned to you at your cost and without credit approval. When a sales/warehouse error has occurred, the item can be returned within 14 days of invoice date, no return fee would be levied. A customer error or reduction in scope, we accept returns. The item must be returned within 30 days of invoice date, and will incur a 25% fee. Items not packaged or accessories missing, marked, damaged, incorrect item, and greater than 30 days of invoice dates are not returnable.

Software & Licensing

Software and Licenses are not returnable or refundable. If the software and/or licence has been registered or activated, we cannot provide a refund. Some exceptions may be approved.
