- 01Does the standard warranty cover onsite repair?
- Not always. Many HP business notebooks ship with a 1-year return-to-base warranty. If downtime matters, add a Care Pack for onsite next-business-day cover — it is far cheaper bought with the hardware than afterwards.
- 02Do Care Packs need registering?
- Yes, and they must be registered within a set window of purchase or the cover does not attach to the serial. We register them for you as part of the order rather than leaving you a PDF to action.
- 03Aruba Instant On or Aruba CX?
- Instant On suits single-site small business with straightforward Wi-Fi needs and no controller. CX is the campus line with deeper switching, VSX and central management. We will scope which fits the site rather than upselling by default.
- 04Can you standardise a fleet build?
- Yes. We hold a standard configuration per client — image, RAM and storage spec, warranty term and accessories — so repeat orders are identical and stock is predictable. Ask us to set one up with your first order.
