- 01Do Meraki devices need a licence?
- Yes. Every Meraki device needs an active Enterprise licence, and hardware stops passing traffic if licensing lapses. We quote hardware and licence together so there is no surprise in year two.
- 02Meraki or Catalyst?
- Meraki if you want one dashboard, remote sites and minimal on-premise management. Catalyst if you need deep on-box control, higher throughput, or you already run Cisco DNA. Multi-site SMBs usually come out ahead on Meraki.
- 03What is Cisco Refresh?
- Cisco-remanufactured hardware sold with the same warranty and support entitlement as new, at a lower price. Genuine Cisco, not third-party refurbished. Stock moves quickly and is listed here when available.
- 04How is Meraki delivered?
- Meraki ships directly from Cisco to the end customer, so we need the delivery address and dashboard admin details with the order. Lead times differ from stocked hardware and we confirm them on your quote.
