Receive Confirmation: Once we verify the warranty status, we will provide shipping instructions. 4. Replacement: Once received, a replacement unit is typically shipped within 2–3 business days (subject to stock). Note: Returns cannot be accepted without a valid RMA number.

Delivery Information

Standard Delivery: We offer FREE delivery on most orders within Australia. Exceptions: Free shipping may not apply to rural areas, specialised "liftgate" services, or orders below a minimum value (at our discretion). Tracking: Delivery times vary by stock availability. Software activation codes, license keys, and digital solutions are delivered via email shortly after purchase.

Return & Refund Policy

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms. We recommend using a recorded tracking service for all returns. • Unopened Items: Subject to a restocking fee and original courier charges. • Opened/Broken Seals: A 25% restocking fee applies. • Registered Hardware: Cannot be returned unless faulty.

Warranty: Faulty items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Criteria: Must be in original packaging, unmarked, with all accessories and a fault description. Shipping: If we made an error, we refund all delivery costs. For standard warranty claims, customers cover return shipping.

To receive credit, hardware must meet these criteria: • UPC Barcodes: Must be intact. Removal voids the return. • No Writing: Do not write on the manufacturer's box. • Completeness: Must include original packing slip, manuals, and warranty cards.

Non-Refundable: Software and licenses are not returnable or refundable. Exceptions: Once a license is registered or activated, no refunds can be approved.
